By accessing or using weddding ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
weddding provides a digital platform for wedding planning, creating online invitations, and related tools ("the Service"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Paid plans and digital products are billed in advance. All fees are stated clearly at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers; weddding does not store full card details.
Digital products and immediately activated subscriptions are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated. If you experience a technical fault attributable to weddding, contact us within 14 days for a review and potential remedy or refund.
All content, designs, templates, and software within the Service are owned by or licensed to weddding and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, text, guest lists). By uploading, you grant weddding a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content solely to provide the Service. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit spam or malicious code, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. weddding does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, weddding's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may close your account via account settings; weddding may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
